Root Vegetable Galette
This dish is as beautiful as it is delicious, and makes a spectacular addition to any table. Featuring roasted carrots, parsnips, beets, celery root, and onions, layered on a lovely blend of cream cheese, Goat cheese, and savory herbs. The hand-formed crust gives the galette a rustic look, but its robust flavors are quite refined. A true “wow” side or vegetarian entrée. Two 18 oz. galettes, each serves 4-6.
