Kettle Cooked Apples



Bring the flavors and aromas of home cooking to your table with sweet, kettle cooked apples. Hand cooked in small batches in a cinnamon and brown sugar sauce, these kettle cooked apples are a traditional side dish on many tables. They also make a great dessert by themselves, served over ice cream, or used as a pie filling. For a warm breakfast, try mixed into hot cereal or serve over our Brioche French Toast. The choices are endless with our small batch kettle cooked apples!
From frozen: Place bag in large pot and put in enough water to cover the bag completely. Turn on medium high heat and bring to a boil and let simmer for about 15 minutes or until an internal temperature reaches 165°F. Apples can also be thawed under refrigeration overnight up to 48 hours. Cut open bag and pour into small sauce pan. Gently simmer over low-medium heat until hot and reaches 165°F.
