A classic part of Asian cuisine, potstickers are both fun and delicious. The combination of ground chicken with the citrus overtones of lemongrass and other Asian flavors make for an intoxicating mix. Cook from frozen. Warm 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a fry pan over medium heat. Add 4-6 potstickers seam side up; saute until browned and release easily from pan--about 3-4 minutes . Add 1/2 cup water reduce heat and cover pan. Cook until heated thru, 4-5 minutes more. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Filling: Chicken Thigh, Onion, Corn, Onion, Water, Scallion, Lemongrass, Canola Oil, Fish Sauce (Anchovy Extract, Water, Salt, Fructose, and Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein), Garlic, Salt, Sugar, Black Pepper, and Chili Pepper.
