Maryland Crab Soup
Almost every serious cook in Maryland has their own recipe for crab soup, but we think this beats them all. It's the traditional version, featuring a generous amount of flavorful claw crab meat, and vegetables in a tomato broth with a kick of our special blend of Bay seasonings. It's a delicious soup any time of the year, though it always reminds us of days by the Bay. Each quart serves 2-4.
