Shrimp & Grits Cups

Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove plastic wrap and remove from tray. Place on cooking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
