If frozen, thaw in refrigerator over night. Preheat skillet on medium/high for 2-3 minutes. Score skin in a crisscross pattern in ½ inch intervals. Place duck breast skin side down, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes. Turn breast over and cook another 2-3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove breast from the skillet and allow to rest for 2 minutes, then enjoy your delicious duck breast!
