Turducken is a cajun legend that belongs on any culinary bucket list. The concept is simple: a turkey stuffed with a duck that is stuffed with a chicken. Fully de-boned and separated by wild rice and pecan stuffing. And even better, our version is a petit roast that is a breeze to cook and serve. 4-5 lbs., serves 6-8.

Preparation
Keep Frozen until ready to bake. Place in a pan and thaw in refrigerator for approximately 36 hours prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic bag, netting stays in place, and place completely thawed roll in a non-stick roasting pan. Cover with foil and bake approximately 2 hours. Remove foil and bake additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown in color. Internal temperature must reach 165°F. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes, cut and remove netting and carve.
