Our Stuffed Pork Loing Complete Dinner includes:

18 - Spanakopita: pieces filled with spinach, Feta cheese, and just a hint of aromatic spices, all wrapped up in flaky phyllo dough
1 - Stuffed Pork Loin (4 lbs.): premium loin of pork filled with pork sausage, apples, parsley, and celery
1 - Green Bean Almondine (24 oz.): a tray of tender green beans that are smaller and sweeter, mixed with toasted almonds for a nutty crunch, and finished with a touch of butter and seasonings
1 - Kettle Cooked Apples (32 oz.): sweet kettle apples hand cooked in small batches of a cinnamon and brown sugar sauce
1 - Lemon Crunch Cake (30 oz.): a moist cake bursting with lemon flavor, topped with a buttery crumb topping

Spanakopita: For best results cook from a frozen state.
Remove from plastic tray and place onto baking pan about ½” apart. Approximate cooking times: cheese items preheat and bake at 400°F for a total of 15-18 minutes. Cook until golden brown in color. Cooking times may vary depending on the calibration of the oven and the number of pieces cooking. Do not microwave.

Stuffed Pork Loin: Thaw for 24-48 hours under refrigeration.
Roast uncovered in a preheated 350°F oven. Do not add water. Bake for 80-90 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Green Bean Almondine:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove lid and plastic film, cover with foil and place tray on a baking sheet. If frozen, (preferred method), cook for 35-40 minutes (or 15-20 from thawed), or until fully heated through. Stir halfway through heating time. Should reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Let stand 2 minutes and serve.
Do not overcook. Note: Stove tops and cookware vary. Heating time is approximate.

Kettle Cooked Apples: Keep frozen until ready to use, thaw in refrigerator 12-24 hours.
Stove Top (Preferred): Pour contents into a pot and heat covered on low to medium heat, stirring occasionally, until product begins to simmer. Microwave: Pour contents into microwavable container and heat covered on high 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.

Lemon Crunch Cake:
Please thaw for 4-6 hours at room temperature before serving.
