Stuffed Cornish Hens
Preheat oven to 375°F. Peel open the pouch and place the Cornish Hen in a small baking pan. Discard plastic pouch. Place baking pan in the oven for 40-45 minutes from frozen or 22-25 minutes from thawed or until Stuffed Hen reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Carefully remove the baking pan from the oven and place the Cornish Hen onto a plate.
