Holiday Shipping: Due to the high volume of orders shipped in November and December, Standard and 2-day Guarantee orders may arrive as early as Monday of the week selected for shipment. Factors such as weather and volume capacity issues with Federal Express and UPS are monitored on a daily basis to ensure that orders are not delayed. If your order is date-critical please choose the Overnight shipping option. We cannot offer refunds on orders that arrive early using a shipping method other than Overnight.
SHIPPING RATES AND SERVICES
Shipping Delays: Inclement weather could delay delivery of shipments, including 2-day and overnight.
Shipping costs do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement for promotion codes.
Standard Delivery: Delivery dates may be impacted by volume and or extreme weather conditions. In an effort to ensure that your order arrives on time, we reserve the right to ship standard packages early. All orders are shipped via FedEx to arrive within 7 business days of the date selected. Your cost per address is determined by the total cost of your ordered items excluding sales tax (if applicable).
Guaranteed 2-day Delivery: Add $4.95 per address to our standard shipping charges. Orders received before 11 AM EST Monday- Wednesday will arrive by 8 PM on the second day. To expedite shipping on orders placed on Wednesdays after 11 AM EST please select Rush Overnight for an additional $19.95.
Rush Delivery: Add $19.95 per address to our standard shipping charges. Orders received before 11 AM EST Monday-Thursday will arrive by 8 PM the following day. If you are placing your order after 11 AM EST on Thursday, please contact Customer Service by phone to see if Saturday Delivery is available in your area.
Saturday Delivery: Add $24.95 per address to our standard shipping charges. Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before 11 AM EST on Friday. Please note that Saturday delivery is not available to all locations.
Delivery Outside the 49 States: Mackenzie Salmon is available for delivery to the United Kingdom only. Shipping is $30.00 per address. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APOs or FPOs. Add $24.95 to the standard delivery for orders to Hawaii.
NOTE: Products ordered together may be shipped separately. Please advise when ordering if it is important that all items ship together.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call Customer Service at 1-877-632-5766 between 8am-4pm EST within 3 business days of receipt. We cannot accept returns of perishable food and will not refund orders that are refused when delivery attempts are made, orders with incomplete or invalid addresses, or orders sent to recipients not available to accept the packages in a timely manner on the day that it arrives. If we require a shipment to be picked up by FedEx for return to our office, the customer must make the product available in good condition and in the original shipping container or the refund will not be honored. Non-perishable items should be retuned in the original packaging and shipped to the address below with the invoice enclosed within 30 days of receipt. Orders placed for future shipment can be cancelled by contacting customer service seven business days prior to the requested ship date of the order (during the month of December, we require ten days' prior notice). Cancellations can be accepted by contacting customer service at 1-877-632-5766.

We do recommend that you enjoy our products within 90 days of receipt. Please do not dispose of any items, even perishable ones until you have spoken with Customer Service. *Shipping charges are not refundable.
Prices in this catalog (excluding caviar) are guaranteed through the end of the year. We do not offer price adjustments on sale items. Be assured that we will do everything in our power to maintain the current pricing level. Our goal is a high-quality, dependable supply for our customers at the most reasonable price possible.
