Baby Back Pork Ribs, one 32 oz. rack
Garlic Mashed Potatoes, 12 oz.
Lemon Swirl Cake, one cake
Baby Back Pork Ribs: Thaw Completely before use. When thawing, please do so under refrigeration. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove ribs from plastic bag and place on a baking sheet. Brush with any remaining sauce in the bag. Heat uncovered for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with aluminum foil for 2 minutes before serving. Outdoor Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove ribs from plastic bag and place directly over heat source on the grill. Use remaining sauce from the bag to baste the ribs while cooking. Cover grill and heat for 15-20 minutes, basting every 5 minutes. Allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving. Microwave: Remove ribs from plastic bag and place on a microwavable plate (cut slab in half if needed). Brush with any remaining sauce from the bag and heat on high for 3 minutes. Remove from the microwave, brush with sauce and then heat again for 3-4 minutes. Allow to rest 2 minutes before serving.
Garlic Mashed Potatoes: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film and place tray on cookie sheet. If frozen cook for 20-30 minutes (or 10-20 if thawed), or until fully heated throughout. Should reach an internal temperature of 185°F. Stir halfway through cooking time. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
Coney Island Dogs: Do not microwave. Do not bake in plastic trays. For safety purposes, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer. Conventional: Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Bake on center rack for for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Lemon Swirl Cake: Thaw and serve.
