Cook from thawed. Thaw under refrigeration overnight.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Transfer entire meal to oven safe container. Heat 12-25 minutes until fully heated to 165°F.
Microwave (Preferred Method): Leave clear film intact. DO NOT puncture. Microwave 2-3 minutes until the clear film fully "balloons" and then fully deflates. Let the meal rest for 1-2 minutes before trying to remove the film. This allows steam to evacuate for safe handling and film to soften for easy peeling. Enjoy!
