Cold Water Lobster Tails: Lobster tails should be thawed completely (approximately 24 hours in the refrigerator).
To steam, place in a pot with 2 inches of water and steam for 5-10 minutes. To broil, remove the soft undercover of the tails with scissors. Slightly crack the upper shell so that the tails will lie flat. Arrange on broiler or grill shell down. Generously brush lobster meat with garlic butter. For 8-10 ounce lobster tails, cook 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Broccoli-Parmesan Gratin:
From Frozen: Pre-heat conventional oven to 350°F. Remove wrapper. Put tray in oven and heat for 45-50 minutes (internal temperature of at least 165°F).
From Thawed: Thaw overnight in refrigerator. Pre-heat conventional oven to 350°F. Remove wrapper. Put tray in oven and heat for 30-35 minutes.
Do not heat tray at temperature over 350°F. Must be heated before consumption. Do not use convection or toaster oven. Microwave is not recommended.
Individual Potato Gratins: Cook from frozen.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the frozen Potatoes au Gratin on a paper-lined sheet pan in the center of the oven. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until the top starts to brown.
Molten Chocolate Cake: Prepare from frozen. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 410°F. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and into preheated oven. Bake for about 10 minutes.
Microwave Oven (800W): Place one molten chocolate cake on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 35-40 seconds. Adjust depending on the power of your microwave oven.
