German goes gourmet in this staple taken to new heights. Natural pork tenderloin is pounded thin, coated with seasoned breadcrumbs and fried until golden brown, juicy, and tender. This is old-world comfort food, and it is just plain good. Serve over noodles or add our Mushroom Medley to make it into a traditional Jaegerschnitzel.

Store and bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake schnitzel on a greased sheet pan for 10-12 minutes, or until heated through. Oven temperatures vary, adjust cooking time accordingly. The product should reach an internal temperature of 158°F.
