Roasted Turkey Complete Holiday Dinner

Make entertaining effortless this holiday season with a complete dinner including an entree, side dishes, appetizer and dessert. To start, our Italian Arancini, made with fine Italian sausage, roasted peppers, caramelized onion, garlic, and a touch of spinach, and then rolled in bread crumbs. The main course features our Roasted Turkey, a 10-12 lb. premium turkey pre-seasoned, basted and fully cooked. Side dishes included are Traditional Stuffing and Green Bean Almondine. Homestyle Turkey Gravy is also included for added convenience. A for the finale, two pans of our ever-popular Sticky Toffee Pudding. Note: we recommend allowing two days to thaw for the turkey. This meal serves 8-10 guests.

Preparation
Roasted Turkey: Pre-heat conventional oven to 330°F. Remove the turkey and all the juices from the vacuum packaged bag and place it into an oven safe roasting pan. If you do not have a roasting pan, remove the Turkey from the vacuum packaged bag and place it into an oven safe pan that has at least 2" sides. Add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover the pan tightly with the proper lid or with aluminum foil and place it on the center track in the oven. Re heat for 1 hour, covered. Carefully baste the turkey every 15 minutes with the liquid in the pan. Keep the turkey covered for the entire hour of re-heating. Remove the turkey from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes, covered. Baste the turkey a few times during the resting period. Slice and serve.

Traditional Stuffing: Keep traditional stuffing frozen until ready to bake. Remove lid and preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and top is browned in places. To ensure it cooks fully, stir gently halfway through baking. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until casserole is finished cooking. Let set for 5 minutes before serving. Green Bean Almondine: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove film and place tray on baking sheet. If frozen, (preferred method), cook for 20-25 minutes (or 15-20 from thawed), or until fully heated throughout. Stir halfway through heating time. Should reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Let stand 2 minutes and serve.

Italian Arancini: Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray and bake for 12-13 minutes until internal temperature is 165°F. For best results, turn after 7 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before serving..

Turkey Gravy: Thaw gravy under refrigeration overnight. Pour contents into saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until desired temperature is reached.

Sticky Toffee Pudding: Warm the frozen pudding in a preheated oven 350°F for 20 minutes. Containers are oven proof. Some sauce may leak out, simply scoop up and spoon over the top!
