Store frozen until ready to use, thaw under refrigeration for 24 hours. Preheat oven to 350°, place roast in a baking pan and bake for 40-50 minutes or until heated throughout and crispy on top. This roast is already fully cooked, so slicing and serving in smaller portions (or cold) is also optional.
