Palmiers (French for “palm tree”), are a classic pastry so simple and delicious, they must be French. Their rich buttery flavor defies their authentic simplicity. Featuring flaky puff pastry, butter, and cane sugar, these make for a wonderful end to any meal but play equally well as a snack or breakfast treat. Simply bake and serve. 12 large palmiers, each serves 1-2.

Bake from a frozen. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place pastries on a parchment lined sheet pan lightly coated with a non-stick cooking spray. Maintain ample space on paper between individual palmiers to allow for product expansion during baking. Bake for approximately 24 minutes. Oven temperatures vary, so adjust cooking time accordingly.
