Completely thaw under refrigeration 48 hours prior to cooking.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Season the roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil. Twine on lamb can be left on the product before cooking, but should be removed before consumption. Place the roast in the center of the roasting pan. Bake approximately 2 hours or until the internal temperature is 145°F. Once cooked remove from the oven and let rest for approximately 15 minutes. Slice and enjoy.
