Reviews Preparation Ingredients

Meat- Can be thawed or cooked from frozen. Place desired amount of gyros slices on a flattop grill, griddle, convection oven, steam table, microwave, etc.

Grill: cook for 5-6 minutes from thawed or 11-15 minutes while covered if frozen.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350ﹾF. Cook for 15-18 minutes or until desired temperature is reached. Be careful not to overcook as slices are already fully cooked.


Pitas- Thaw overnight in a cooler or in room temperature for about 30 minutes. Lightly oil each side then toast, grill, bake, or fry until warmed all the way through & golden brown.
