Lorraine Breakfast Casserole



A gourmet riff on the classic quiche, this casserole is delicious and easy to prepare. A rich bend of creamy eggs, salty ham and smoky bacon is made even richer with a healthy addition of Swiss cheese and soft bread, for a breakfast like none other. Set your alarm early so that you can beat everyone else downstairs!

Keep frozen until ready to bake. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film and place the tray on a srnall baking sheet. Place baking sheet in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until the product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until casserole is finished cooking. Carefully remove the baking pan from the oven and let sit 5-10 minutes before serving.
