Preparation instructions for Kobe Meatloaf

From Frozen: Place meatloaf on a well greased baking sheet and place in a preheated oven of 375°F. Bake for 45 minutes or until Internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve.

From Thawed: Cook at 375°F. for 25 minutes.
