Preparation
Sweet Potato Casserole: From Thawed: (Preferred Method) Thaw in refrigerator 4-6 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove lid from tray and discard. Place tray on a baking sheet and place on the middle rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F. Carefully remove casserole from the oven. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. From Frozen: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove lid from tray and discard. Place tray on a baking sheet and place on the middle rack. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F. Carefully remove casserole from the oven. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Twice Baked Potatoes: Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place unwrapped potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes to an internal temperature of 165°F. The ridges will be browned and the potatoes should be heated throughout. Microwave: Remove the plastic wrap and heat in microwave for 3 ½ to 4 minutes, to an internal temperature of 165°F.
Homestyle Turkey Gravy: Thaw pouch under refrigeration overnight. Cut open the pouch and place contents in a small saucepan. Discard the plastic pouch. Warm under low to medium heat until gravy begins to bubble; 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately. Boil (from frozen): Bring 3-4 quarts of water in a large pot to boil. Add pouch to boiling water. When water returns to boil, reduce heat so the water is just simmering. Simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the gravy reaches desired temperature. Transfer to bowl and serve immediately.
Green bean Casserole: Thaw overnight under refrigeration. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Remove the lid from the container. Place on baking sheet. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Creme Friache mashed Potatoes: Keep frozen until ready to bake. Remove lid and preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and top is browned in places. To ensure it cooks fully, stir gently halfway through baking. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until casserole is finished cooking. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
Cranberry Sausage Stuffing: Keep frozen until ready to bake. Remove lid and preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature of 165°F and top is browned in places. To ensure it cooks fully, stir gently halfway through baking. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until casserole is finished cooking. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
