Preparation
Scalloped Potato Gratin Casserole:Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film and lid and place on a baking sheet. If frozen, cook for 60-75 minutes (or 40-50 from thawed), or until fully heated throughout and slightly browned on top. Should reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.

Macaroni & Cheese: Conventional oven: Cook from frozen. Remove film. Preheat oven at 375°. Place pan on baking sheet and bake for approximately 30-40 minutes or until sauce starts to bubble. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until finished cooking. Remove from oven: Contents will be very hot. Let stand for up to 5 minutes before serving. Microwave: Cook from frozen. Remove film. Place pan in microwave on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 6 minutes. Stir gently. Microwave for an additional 3-4 minutes. Let stand for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Sweet Potato Casserole:From Thawed: (Preferred Method) Thaw in refrigerator 4-6 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove lid from tray and discard. Place tray on a baking sheet and place on the middle rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F. Carefully remove casserole from the oven. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
From Frozen: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove lid from tray and discard. Place tray on a baking sheet and place on the middle rack. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F. Carefully remove casserole from the oven. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Creamed Spinach: Convention oven: Bake from a frozen state. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove from plastic film. Place tray on baking sheet on center rack of oven. Cover with foil. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Carefully remove baking sheet with tray from oven. Microwave: Make small holes in film. Cook on high for 6-8 minutes. Rotate. Continue Cooking on 50% power for 5-7 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes after cooking before removing from microwave. Carefully remove tray from microwave and carefully remove film.

Eastern Shore Creamed Corn: Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 375˚F. Remove plastic from tray. Place the oven-safe tray on a baking sheet and bake for 44-50 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!

Broccoli-Parmesan Gratin: Conventional oven: Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Remove wrapper. Put tray in oven and heat for 45-50 minutes (internal temperature of at least 165°F). Do not heat tray at temperature over 350°F. Must be heated before consumption. Do not use convection or toaster oven. Microwave is not recommended.
