Firecracker Shrimp

This is a signature shrimp dish with a bit of a kick. Sweet, briny shrimp are lightly coated in a gluten-free batter for a crisp exterior and sweet, tender interior. Served with a sweet and spicy Thai chili sauce, these shrimp will bring dining out straight to your kitchen. About 48 firecracker shrimp total, plus two 10 oz. packs of chili sauce. Serves 8-10 as an appetizer.

Oven bake: Remove shrimp from protective pouch and place in a single layer on a broiling pan that is sprayed with a non-stick coating. Heat in oven at 400°F for about 20 minutes on the center rack; turn shrimp over and heat another 5 minutes on broil. Shrimp are ready to eat when golden brown and crispy. Thaw sauce by running under warm water.

Deep Fry: Deep fry at 375°F for 3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy
