Preparation
Individual Kobe Meatloaf: From Frozen: Place meatloaf on a well greased baking sheet and place in a preheated oven of 375°F. Bake for 45 minutes or until Internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve. From Thawed: Cook at 375°F. for 25 minutes.
Creme Fraiche Mashed Potatoes: Keep frozen until ready to bake. Remove lid and preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and top is browned in places. To ensure it cooks fully, stir gently halfway through baking. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until casserole is finished cooking. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
Sauteed Spinach with Pine Nuts: Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove film and place tray on a baking sheet. If frozen, cook for 35-40 minutes (or 20-25 minutes from thawed), or until bubbly and fully heated throughout. Stir halfway through heating time. Should reach an internal temperature of 165F Let stand 2 minutes and serve. Do not overcook. All ovens vary in temperature and heating time is approximate.
Chocolate Creme Swirl Cake: Thaw and serve.
