Greek Vegetable Tart

From the island of Crete, with its stunning landscapes and shores, comes this old-world tart. The pastry crust is loaded with fresh vegetables, such as grilled zucchini, caramelized onions, sweet peppers, and olives. Finished with a rich filling of cream, eggs, diced cheese, veal stock and topped with Mediterranean herbs and spices, this tart packs in the flavor. Makes for a wonderful side, starter, or entrée. 10" tart, serves up to 8.

Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 350oF and bake for 35-40 minutes or until thoroughly heated throughout.
