Each Beef Wellington Special Dinner for Two is a complete dinner that includes:  

12 - Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Blossoms: bites of flaky puff pastry, savory feta cheese, and lush caramelized onion topping. 

2 - Beef Wellington (8 oz.): tender beef filet mignon, layered with a rich mushroom duxelle, and all wrapped it in a light, flaky pastry ready to bake. 

2 - Twice Baked Potatoes (5 oz.): this timeless flavor combines the tangy zest of sour cream with the freshness of garden-fresh chives, creating a creamy and savory taste experience.  

2 - Molten Chocolate Cakes (3.5 oz.): individual bittersweet chocolate cakes with a decadent molten chocolate filling.

Caramlized Onion & Feta Pastry Blossoms: DO NOT MICROWAVE. DO NOT BAKE IN PLASTIC TRAYS. For safety purposes, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer.
Conventional: Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Place product 1/2 inch apart on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake on center rack for for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Beef Wellington:
Original: Defrost the product under refrigeration overnight.
Position a rack in the upper third of an oven and preheat to 400 F. Place the Beef Wellington on a greased baking sheet. Bake until the pastry is golden brown and a meat thermometer inserted into the center registers 130-135 F for medium-rare (22 minutes) or 145 F for medium (25 minutes). Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Appliances vary adjust accordingly.
OR
Revised: Cook from frozen.
Remove packaging. Preheat oven to 425°F. Put desired number of frozen pieces on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Product should not touch. Bake in preheated oven for 28 minutes, then check in 5 minute increments until a meat thermometer reaches 100-105°F. Time will vary depending on the number of pieces you are cooking. Remove from oven, leaving on baking sheet, and rest for 12 minutes. Internal temperature will rise to 125-130 degrees. Filet will continue to rise in temperature and will be medium rare when removed from pan and served.

Twice Baked Potatoes:
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F, Place unwrapped potatoes on baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes to Internal temperature of 165°F The ridges will be browned and the potatoes should be heated throughout.
Microwave Instructions (Frozen): Remove the plastic wrap and heat in microwave for 3 1/2-4 minutes, to internal temperature of 165°F.

Molten Chocolate Cakes:
Original: Prepare Molten Chocolate Cakes from frozen. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 410°F. Place Molten Chocolate Cakes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and into the preheated oven. Bake for about 10 minutes.
Microwave Oven (800W): Place one Molten Chocolate Cake on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave the cake for 35-40 seconds. Adjust depending on the power of your microwave oven.
OR
Revised: Do not refreeze after thawing.
Thaw and Serve: Thaw frozen cakes in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Conventional Oven: Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place cakes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and into the preheated oven. Bake for 17 minutes.
Microwave Oven: Place frozen cake on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 50-55 seconds. Adjust depending on the power of your microwave oven.
