Enjoy a variety of veggies in this delightful vegetarian meal for four. This dinner is also great for lunch!

Our Vegetarian Delight Dinner for Four includes:

1 - Root Vegetable Galette (18 oz.): featuring roasted carrots, parsnips, beets, celery root, and onions, layered on a blend of cream cheese, Goat cheese, and savory herbs
1 - Broccoli Parmesan Gratin (24 oz.): a pan of broccoli with sharp Parmesan cheese in a luscious béchamel sauce
1 - Sundried Tomato Pesto Cheese Torta (9.5 oz): a rich cream cheese base with a layer of garden basil pesto, topped with chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 - Red Velvet Swirl Cake: a rich swirl cake touched with cocoa and filled with a sweet cream cheese icing

Root Vegetable Galette: Cook from frozen.
Remove Galette from the paper board. Place on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 35-45 minutes until veggies are tender. To test, pierce veggies with the tip of a knife. There should be no resistance.

Broccoli Parmesan Gratin:
Conventional Oven: From Frozen. Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Remove wrapper. Put tray in oven and heat for 45-50 minutes (internal temperature of at least 165°F). From Thawed. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Remove wrapper. Put tray in oven and heat for 30-35 minutes.
Do not heat tray at temperature over 350°F. Must be heated before consumption. Do not use convection or toaster oven. Microwave is not recommended.

Sundried Tomato Pesto Cheese Torta: Thaw under refrigeration and serve. Store refrigerated for up to one month.

Red Velvet Swirl Cake: Thaw and serve.
