Our Turducken Roast Complete Dinner includes:

24 - Asparagus Asiago Spears: fresh asparagus spears with nutty Asiago cheese, all wrapped in a flaky phyllo crust
1 - Turducken Roast (4-4.5 lbs.): turkey stuffed with duck that is stuffed with chicken, all separated by wild rice, sausage, and pecan stuffing

1 - Green Bean Casserole (28 oz.): fresh haricots verts paired with Crimini and Shiitake mushrooms are draped in a rich béchamel sauce
1 - Caramel Apple Pie (8”): mounds of juicy, sweet-tart apple slices wrapped in a crunchy, old-fashioned sugared crust with a caramel topping

Asparagus Asiago Spears: Cook from frozen.
Preheat oven to 400 °F. Place asparagus on a greased baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes until golden brown or until internal temperature reaches 165 °F.

Turducken Roast: Keep product frozen until ready to use.
Place in a pan and thaw in refrigerator approx. 36 hrs. prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove plastic bag, netting stays in place, & place completely thawed roll in non stick roasting pan. Cover with foil and bake approx. 2 hours. Remove foil and bake additional 15 to 20 min. or until golden brown in color. Internal temperature must reach 165 degrees F. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes, cut and remove netting and carve. Enjoy!

Sweet Potato Casserole:
Preheat conventional oven to 375°F or convection oven to 350°F. Remove box and pan lid. Place pan on baking sheet in center rack of the oven and bake uncovered. From Frozen (recommended): bake for 55-65 minutes. From Thawed: bake 40-50 minutes.
Topping should be medium to dark brown. Ensure that internal temperature reaches 165°F. Note: If topping begins to burn during cooking process, cover with aluminum foil.
Remove from oven and allow product to rest for 5-10 minutes.
PRODUCT WILL BE HOT! PLEASE USE CAUTION WHEN HANDLING.

Green Bean Casserole: Thaw overnight under refrigeration.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove the lid from the container. Place on baking sheet. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, until the sauce, is bubbling. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Caramel Apple Pie: Let “Pie in a Bag” thaw at room temperature for up to 12 hours. To reheat to serve warm, place “Pie in a Bag” on baking sheet and heat at 425°F for 8–10 minutes. Cooking times may vary. Please keep pie in the bag when baking. Do not let the bag touch the sides of oven or heating elements. Do not remove bag until ready to serve.
