This complete dinner brings together some delightful flavors and provides the royal treatment for all your guests. Start with one of our most popular appetizers, a creamy Crab Dip bursting with the sweetness of crab meat. For the main course, enjoy a traditional Stuffed Cornish Hen, accompanied by the nuttiness of our Brussels Sprouts Gratin Casserole. Finish on a sweet note with a delicious British classic, Sticky Toffee Pudding. Serves 4-6.

Our Stuffed Cornish Hen Complete Dinner includes:

1 - Creamy Crab Dip (1 lb.): this dip mixes lump and claw crab meat, cream cheese, sharp Cheddar cheese, and a blend of Chesapeake Bay seasonings
2 - Stuffed Cornish Hens (1.2 lbs. each): Cornish hen filled with a traditional twist of pine nuts, cranberries, and mushrooms
1 - Brussels Sprouts Gratin Casserole (30 oz.): brussels sprouts with cream, bacon, Cheddar cheese, and topped with toasted breadcrumbs
1 - Sticky Toffee Pudding (20 oz.): a dense, moist cake served with an intense buttery toffee sauce

Stuffed Cornish Hens:
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove hen from pouch and place in a small baking pan. Discard the plastic pouch. If frozen, bake for 30-45 minutes (or 18-20 minutes thawed), or until fully heated throughout and slightly brown on top. Product internal temperature should reach 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
Do not overcook. Not recommended for microwave.
Note: Stove tops and cookware vary. Heating time is approximate.

Crab Dip: Allow product to thaw under refrigeration for at least 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Place dip in an oven safe container (original packaging is not for cooking). Place dip in oven and allow to cook for 18-22 minutes or until product is fully cooked through and reaches and internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove from oven. Allow to rest for minute and serve.

Brussels Sprouts Gratin Casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film and lid and place tray on baking sheet. From Frozen: cook for 60-75 minutes. From Thawed: Bake for 40-50 minutes. Bake until or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.

Sticky Toffee Pudding: Keep frozen.
Oven: Warm the frozen pudding in a preheated 350°F oven for 15 minutes or until the pudding is fully heated throughout. Containers are oven proof.
Microwave: Individually slice pudding and put on a microwave safe plate for heating. Microwave for 45 seconds from frozen or until the pudding is fully heated throughout.
Microwave and oven temperatures vary, adjust cooking time accordingly.
