Escargot en Brioche

Best if cooked from frozen. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place brioche on sheet pan and bake for 5-8 minutes or until warmed through.
Escargot, Butter, Heavy Cream, Shallots, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Corn Starch, Mustard, Parsley, Salt, Pepper, Bread Crumbs. Brioche Shells: Wheat Flour, Water, Margarine, Sugar, Yeast, Whole Milk Powder, Salt, FD&C Yellow #5, DATEM, Guar Gum, Dextrose, Canola Oil, Ascorbic Acid, Enzymes.
