Oven to table in under 30 minutes
Remove Quesadilla from tray. From frozen or thawed, over medium heat with just enough oil to cover the bottom of the saute pan; saute approximately 4-6 minutes on each side till golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F. Or bake at 400°F brushed with oil on non stick pan and bake 10 minutes, flip over and cook an additional 8-10 minutes till golden brown.
Filling- Monterey Jack Cheese (Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes, Cellulose), Tomatoes, Lobster Meat, Onions, Jalapeno, Cilantro, Herbs, Spices. Dough- Flour Tortilla (Unbleached Wheat Flour, Water, Soybean Oil, 2% or less Salt, Mono & Diglycerides, Guar Gum, Calcium Propionate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Potasium Sorbate, Dough Conditioner).
