Cold water lobster is renowned for it's sweet ocean flavor, and the lobster tail is the most coveted part of the lobster. The cold waters produce tender, succulent meat, with a rich luxurious texture and ours comes direct from the source to guarantee the finest quality possible. Shipped frozen, uncooked, and still in the shell, our lobster tails can be prepared a number of ways, although we think steamed with lemon butter is still the best way to enjoy lobster. Choose from two or four lobster tails, each is 7-8 oz. and serves 1-2.

Lobster tails should be thawed completely (approximately 24 hours in refrigerator)

To steam, place in a pot with 2 inches of water and steam for 5-10 minutes.

To broil, remove the soft undercover of the tails with scissors. Slightly crack the upper shell so that the tails will lie flat. Arrange on broiler or grill shell down. Generously brush lobster meat with garlic butter. For 8-10 ounce lobster tails, cook 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
