You'll love the rich, meaty flavor of this spectacular entree. Each serving is an entire half duck, seasoned and slow-roasted until tender and juicy, with a slightly smoky flavor. This is truly a heavenly entree. Just heat and serve. Two 12 oz. servings.
If frozen, thaw in refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove from bag and place in shallow baking pan. Bake 25 minutes. Grill: Over medium heat, place duck skin side down on rack and heat for 10 minutes. Turn duck over and heat for an additional 5-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
