Sumptuous duck, slow-cooked the traditional way to be meltingly tender, is a classic. This confit is delicately seasoned with the simplest of spices to subtly highlight the rich duck flavors. Enjoy it hot or cold. Four 8 oz. legs.
Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Remove from bag before cooking. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place legs on pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Finish under broiler for additional browning.
