Duck Leg Confit



Sumptuous duck, slow-cooked the traditional way to be meltingly tender, is a classic. This confit is delicately seasoned with the simplest of spices to subtly highlight the rich duck flavors. Enjoy it hot or cold.
Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Remove from bag before cooking. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place legs on pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Finish under broiler for additional browning.
