Preheat oven to 375°. Remove plastic bag, place chicken, breast side up in a non-stick baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking oil.
Thawed: Cover loosely with foil, bake approx. 1½ hour. Remove from oven, let rest 15 minutes, remove string, carve and serve.
Frozen: Cover tightly with foil, bake approx. 1½ hour. Remove foil, bake additional 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let rest 15 minutes, remove string, carve & serve.
