Stovetop: Heat large skillet to medium heat and add approx. 1/2 tsp of cooking oil. Remove film from black tray and transfer contents to skillet. Stir frequently for 2-3 minutes. Add approx. 1 tbsp of water to product and continue to heat for another 1-2 min. Products are fully cooked. Recommend reheat to 165°F.
Microwave: Remove label. Leave clear film intact. DO NOT puncture. Microwave 2-3 minutes until the clear film fully "balloons" and then fully deflates. Let the meal rest for 1-2 minutes before trying to remove the film. This allows steam to evacuate for safe handling and film to soften for easy peeling. Enjoy!
