Mac & Cheese Soufflés

Conventional Oven: Thaw under refrigeration and bake in a pre-heated 350°F oven for approximately 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by use of a thermometer. Microwave Instructions: Thaw completely under refrigeration then heat on high heat 2 minutes and 30 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by use of a thermometer.
