Our Beef Stew and Steakhouse Chili Sampler includes:

1 - Traditional Beef Stew (32 oz.): Hearty and comforting, made with a classic recipe featuring tender chunks of beef, rich broth, and a medley of vegetables including carrots, mushrooms, and onions. A touch of red wine gives this soup a rich and flavorful base.
1 - Steakhouse Chili (32 oz.): Flavorful beef complemented by the traditional flavors of chili peppers and cumin. The beef harmonizes beautifully with the beans and aromatics for a gourmet chili that is both hearty and satisfying.

Each Beef Stew and Steakhouse Chili Sampler comes with 32 oz. each of Steakhouse Chili and Traditional Beef Stew, along with 12 Gourmet Dinner Rolls; serves 6-8 people.

Traditional Beef Stew:
Oven: Thaw pouch under refrigeration overnight. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut open the pouch and place the Beef Stew in a small baking pan. Discard the plastic pouch. Place baking pan in the oven for 22-25 minutes or until the stew reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Carefully remove the baking pan from the oven and place the Beef Stew into a bowl.
Boil (from frozen): Bring 3-4 quarts of water in large pot to boil. Add pouch to boiling water. When water returns to boil, reduce heat so the water is just simmering. Simmer 15-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the beef reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Steakhouse Chili:
Boil (from frozen): Bring 3-4 quarts of water in a large pot to a boil. Add pouch to boiling water. When water returns to a boil, reduce heat so the water is just simmering. Simmer 15-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the chili reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Dinner Rolls:
Immediately freeze any rolls that will not be consumed within 7 days of receipt. Once frozen, thaw and serve as desired, and enjoy within 7 days after thawing.
If you prefer to serve them warm, remove the rolls from their wrapping, wrap them in aluminum foil, and bake at 375°F for 5 minutes.
