Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Kisses: Cook from frozen.
Remove from plastic wrap. Thoroughly preheat oven to 375°F. Place the oven-safe, disposable baking tray on a cookie sheet on the middle rack of the oven for 25-30 minutes (rotate pan after 15 minutes to ensure even browning). Remove pastry kisses when they are golden brown on top. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Stuffed Pork Crown Roast: Roast: Completely thaw under refrigeration 48 - 72 hours prior to cooking.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Remove the stuffing pack from the center of the roast and allow the roast to sit at room temperature for 1 hour. Season the roast with Olive Oil and coat with salt and pepper. Place the roast on a rack or in a roasting pan. Place in the center of the oven for approximately 2 hours or until the internal temperature is 145°F.
Stuffing: Thaw the stuffing in the refrigerator.
Remove from the bag and place in an oven-safe pan. Spread evenly and bake for approximately 30-40 minutes. Once cooked, place stuffing back in the center of the roast and enjoy.
Vegetable Potato Medley: Cook from frozen
Skillet: Preheat skillet on medium heat. Add frozen vegetables and cook for 4-5 minutes without stirring. After 5 minutes continuously stir and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
Microwave: Place in a microwave safe bowl and cover. Microwave on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. To ensure food safety, cook to 165°F throughout.
Kettle Cooked Spiced Apples: Cook from frozen.
Place bag in a large pot and put in enough water to cover the bag completely. Turn on medium-high heat and bring to a boil and let simmer for about 15 minutes or until an internal temperature reaches 165°F. Apples can also be thawed under refrigeration overnight for up to 48 hours. Cut open bag and pour into a small saucepan. Gently simmer over low-medium heat until hot.
