1 - Creamy Crab Dip (1 lb.): the dip mixes lump and claw crab meat, cream cheese, sharp Cheddar cheese, and a blend of Chesapeake Bay seasonings
2 - Stuffed Cornish Hens ( 1lb each): the hen is filled with a traditional twist of pine nuts, cranberries, and mushrooms
1 - Brussels Sprouts Gratin Casserole (35 oz.): brussels sprouts with cream, bacon, Cheddar cheese, and topped with toasted breadcrumbs
2 - British Sticky Toffee Pudding: individual dense, moist cake served with an intense buttery toffee sauce

Stuffed Cornish Hen Complete Dinner

Stuffed Cornish Hens: Preheat oven to 375°F. Peel open the pouch and place the Cornish Hen in a small baking pan. Discard plastic pouch. Place baking pan in the oven for 40-45 minutes from frozen or 22-25 minutes from thawed. Carefully remove the baking pan from the oven and place the Cornish Hen onto a plate.

Crab Dip: Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from plastic container and place in oven ready dish. Preheat oven to 325°F. Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Brussel Sprouts Gratin: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film and lid and place tray on baking sheet. From Frozen: cook for 60-75 minutes. From Thawed: Bake for 40-50 minutes. Bake until or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.

Sticky Toffee Pudding: Warm the frozen pudding in a preheated oven 350°F for 20 minutes. Containers are oven proof. Some sauce may leak out, simply scoop up and spoon over the top!
