Herb Roasted Whole Turkey:
Original: Thaw thoroughly.
Remove the plastic wrapper and preheat the oven to 350°F. Wrap in foil and place on a roasting tray. Bake in the oven for 60-75 minutes.

Revised:
Conventional Oven: Thaw turkey in the refrigerator in its original packaging for 2-3 days ahead of cooking. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove the turkey from the outer bag and place in a baking dish with all the juices. Cover completely with aluminum foil and bake for 75-90 minutes or until the drumstick reaches 155°F. If you like crispy skin, broil at the end for 5 minutes.
Cooking Tip: Add root vegetables, herbs and broth to the pan and baste the turkey with the pan liquids every 20 minutes.

Traditional Herb Stuffing:
Microwave: Cut 1" slit in film. Microwave on HIGH for 12 min., stirring halfway through, or until product internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film and place tray on baking sheet. If frozen, cook for 60-75 minutes (or 40-50 minutes thawed), or until fully heated throughout and slightly brown on top. Product internal temperature should reach 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes and serve. Do not overcook.
Note: Stove tops and cookware vary. Heating time is approximate.

Green Bean Almondine:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove lid and plastic film, cover with foil and place tray on a baking sheet. If frozen, (preferred method), cook for 35-40 minutes (or 15-20 from thawed), or until fully heated through. Stir halfway through heating time. Should reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Let stand 2 minutes and serve.
Do not overcook. Note: Stove tops and cookware vary. Heating time is approximate.

Asparagus Asiago Spears: Cook from frozen.
Preheat oven to 400 °F. Place asparagus on a greased baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes until golden brown or until internal temperature reaches 165 °F.

Homestyle Turkey Gravy:
Original:
From Thawed:
Thaw pouch under refrigeration overnight. Cut open the pouch and place contents in a small saucepan. Discard the plastic pouch. Warm under low to medium heat until gravy begins to bubble; 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
From Frozen: Bring 3-4 quarts of water in a large pot to boil. Add pouch to boiling water. When water returns to boil, reduce heat so the water is just simmering. Simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the gravy reaches desired temperature. Transfer to bowl and serve immediately.
