Petit Turducken

Item #: TDR55
Turducken is a cajun legend that belongs on any culinary bucket list. The concept is simple: a turkey stuffed with a duck that is stuffed with a chicken. Partially de-boned and separated by wild rice and pecan stuffing. And even better, our version is a petit roast that is a breeze to cook and serve.
