Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon
Keep frozen until ready to use, best cooked from thawed. Please thaw under refrigeration.
Preheat oven to 450F degrees. In a skillet, add a little olive oil over medium heat. Pat steaks dry and season with a little salt and pepper. Cook for 2-4 minutes per side until browned on both, then transfer to the oven for 6-10 minutes depending on desired doneness. For medium rare, the internal temperature should register 135F degrees. Once done remove from oven and transfer to a clean plate, allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
