These savory treats take the best of our Creamy Spinach & Artichoke Dip and turn them into a snack that’s hard to resist. The earthy flavors of the vegetables pair splendidly with sharp Asiago and creamy Mozzarella, for a bite that is rich and delicious and decidedly gourmet. Serve alone or with a dipping sauce.
Best cooked from frozen. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray and bake for 12-14 minutes until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
