Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped to arrive within 3-7 business days
Express Delivery: Orders received before 7 a.m. EST will ship the same day. Perishable items ship Monday through Wednesday only. If your order is placed after 7 a.m. on Wednesday, it will not ship until the following Monday, excluding holidays.
Rush Delivery: Orders received before 7 a.m. EST will ship the same day. Perishable items ship Monday through Thursday only, excluding holidays. If your order is placed after 7 a.m. on Thursday, it will not ship until the following Monday, excluding holidays.
Saturday Delivery: Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before Friday at 7 a.m. EST. Please note that Saturday delivery is not available to all locations.
Delivery Outside the 48 States: No delivery to US territories or foreign countries.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APOs or FPOs.
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be
charged the Saturday delivery rate.

Shipping Address
Please check the shipping address carefully before
placing your order. Incomplete or inaccurate
information may cause a delay in processing or
shipment of your order. Please provide both the
shipper and recipient's telephone number should
there be any questions regarding the order. We
are not responsible for the replacement or refund
of orders that have incomplete or invalid addresses,
or for gifts sent to recipients who are not
available to accept the package. The carrier will
leave the package only if they deem the delivery
address to be secure, so it is advisable to notify
your recipient of its arrival and make alternative
arrangements for someone to receive the package
if necessary. A signature is required for all packages
sent to commercial addresses.

We are delighted to share our gourmet products with you! If you experience a problem with any product, shipping, or service, please notify us promptly. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund in the event of damage during shipping or error on our part.
If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and items and contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
However, we regret that we are unable to make refunds in the event that an item is not to your liking. We encourage you to ask questions about our products prior to purchase. Our customer service team will make every effort to assist you in purchasing a product you will thoroughly enjoy!

Express credit cards in good standing. We also
accept checks and money orders; however, please
allow 15 business days from our receipt for check
clearance. We do not accept cash and we do not
ship COD.
