COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare from FROZEN state. Appliance may vary, adjust accordingly. Promptly refridgerate any unused heated portions.

Stove Top:
1) Preheat 1 tsp olive oil in a medium-size skillet on medium high heat.
2) Remove spinach from tray and place spinach in skillet.
3) Cook 3 to 5 minutes covered; stir occasionally.

Microwave:
1) Lift corner of plastic film to vent.
2) Place tray in microwave.
3) Cook 4 to 4 1/2 minutes; stir halfway through cooking time.
