This side dish has become a classic, simply because it delight both eye and palate. We start by cookingt skin-on red potatoes until they're tender. Then we whip them to a delectable texture adding butter, cream, salt, pepper and just enough garlic to create a gourmet masterpiece.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare from FROZEN state. Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.

Conventional Oven:
1)Preheat oven to 350°F. Do NOT exceed 350°F.
2) Puncture film 5 to 6 times to vent.
3) Place tray on baking sheet in center of oven.
4) Bake 38 to 40 minutes.
5) Remove from oven and let stand 1-2 minutes.
6) Stir thoroughly before serving.

Microwave (1000 watts)
1) Puncture film 5 to 6 times to vent.
2) Cook on MEDIUM heat (70% power) 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes; stir thoroughly; replace film.
3) Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
4) Let stand in microwave 1-2 minutes.
5) Stir thoroughly before serving.

Promptly refridgerate any unused heated portion.

Note: Do NOT prepare in toaster oven or re-use plastic tray.
