Cooking Instructions:
For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. This product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F prior to eating.

Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly.
NOTE: THAW in refrigerator 24 to 48 hours. Use within 2 days after thawing.

Stove Top & Conventional Oven:
1. Position the rack in the middle position and preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Remove thawed product from packaging.
3. Score the skin on each breast by lightly cutting through the skin, making a criss cross pattern.
4. Place in preheated non-stick skillet on medium-low heat, skin side down and cook 8 to 12 minutes until brown and crispy.
5. Turn breasts over; cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
6. Place duck breasts on foil-lined baking sheet skin side up. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
7. Remove from oven, let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portions.
