Ingredients:

Bone-In Pork Porterhouse, Water, Hydrolyzed Portein from Soy, Salt, Grilling Powder (Malto Dextrin, Salt, Grill Flavor from Vegetable Oil, Modified Food Starch, Corn Syrup Solids, Smoke Flavor), Dehydrated Honey, Sugar.

Additional Info:

THAWING:
1. Keep Frozen.
2. Thaw in refrigerator for 12-24 hours when ready to prepare.

TO GRILL:
1. Remove all packaging.
2. Grill over medium to high heat, browning meat on all sides for approximately 15-18 minutes. The recommended internal temperature for cooking pork is 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Allow to rest before serving. Refrigerate any unused portion promptly.
